Usually it takes between 1-2 business days to arrive at our location when using the Express Post service. We will conduct the repair the day we receive your iDevice and put in return post (the same day). The turn around time on most repairs (in house or technician call out) is 20 minutes. We will keep you updated if there is any delay to the service and we will keep you informed.
We provide a 365 day warranty against any defects (LCD and touchscreen separation, LCD burn marks, loss of sensitivity) or failure of parts post repair (LCD burn out, home button not responding, ear piece failure). All of the iPhone and iPad parts we use are tested to an extremely high standard.
Before we send or give your iDevice back, we run a series of tests to ensure it is in 100% working condition. The warranty is void if any third party is involved with the iDevice at any time after we have assembled or repaired your iDevice.
Our warranty does not cover "Operator Error" (if the device is dropped or damaged in anyway by the operator/ customer).
Upon the customer collecting their iDevice and leaving the iDo-it iPhone and iPad repair premises, the customer accepts the repair is complete and in 100% working order. The customer accepts full responsibility for their iDevice and any damage that may occur to the iDevice once it leaves the iDo-it premises.
Any damage to the screen, in specifically as a result of mishandling, excessive force, human interference or water damage, will not be covered under our warranty.
We accept cash, bank deposit, money order and all major credit cards through the use of PayPal. PayPal is our preferred method of payment as it is the most secure online payment system. We understand the importance of security, it is a value we hold highly. When its time to settle your account, simply log on to your PayPal account and send us the outstanding balance. PayPal details will be supplied to the customer once the customer has confirmed their intention to pay via PayPal.

If you are unable to back up your iDevice, the iDo-it team member will be happy to take a temporary backup for a small fee.

A repair performed on any of Apple's products will void the manufacturers warranty. However at iDo-it we offer our own 12 month warranty on all of the parts utilised in our services.
